We want you to love your ka&cha pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, hijab pins, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your size and color choice is correct before purchasing these items.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we take great care to ensure every order is perfect, we understand mistakes can happen.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse return requests that do not meet these criteria.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll respond with instructions and return shipping information.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
