Where are ka&cha hijabs made?

Our hijabs are designed in Canada and produced with trusted international partners who share our values of quality, ethical production, and sustainable materials.

How do I care for my hijab?

Our hijabs are crafted from premium, delicate fibers that need a little extra love to stay soft and beautiful.

To keep their texture, shape, and color looking like new, we recommend:

  • Hand wash separately in cold water (machine wash on delicate if needed).
  • Use a gentle, mild detergent - avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Air dry flat or hang to dry: keep away from tumble or heat drying to prevent shrinking.
  • Steam or iron on low heat for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.

With the right care, your hijab will stay luxuriously soft and elegant for years to come.

Are your hijabs and undercaps true to colour?

Because our collection is lovingly hand-dyed in small batches, each piece is unique!

While we work hard to ensure consistency, slight natural variations in tone may occur. Additionally, colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings or lighting.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our team is committed to fulfilling your order quickly, typically within 1–3 business days.

While shipping times depend on your destination, please be aware that processing may be slightly delayed during peak demand or launch events.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $85 CAD (Canada & U.S.).
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your ka&cha purchase.

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
  • Accessories & undercaps: For hygiene and safety reasons, all underscarves, undercaps, hijab pins, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Please ensure your size and color choice is correct before purchasing these items.
  • Final Sale Items: Seasonal or clearance products are non-refundable.

Please note that The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Please ensure your package is correctly addressed and properly insured when sending items back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We are truly sorry that your order didn't arrive in perfect condition!

We want to fix this for you immediately. Please email us at care@kaandcha.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll look into it right away and arrange a replacement or refund.
